What are the server requirements to host your eCommerce platform?
EWDC’s eCommerce system has some minimum server requirements and specifications as follows:
Web service requirements:- Apache 2.2 or 2.4;
- Nginx 1.8.
- MySQL 5.6;
- MariaDB
- 5.6.x;
- 5.5.x, where x is 22 or greater;
- 7.0.2 up to 7.1.0, except for 7.0.5.
There is no fixed requirement, it depends on your store size. Minimum of 2GB RAM is generally recommended.
SSH requirements:Secure Shell Hosting (SSH) configuration is required for having a safe and remote access to your server.
SSL requirements:Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certification can be required for HTTPs requirements. Our eCommerce system does not support self signed SSLs.

Do you provide free installation?
Yes, we offer free installation and do all the required things to set your website up and running.
Do you also provide free support?
We provide after sales support for a period of 1 month which includes only errors and bug fixes on post installation of our existing product. Free support is not applicable if any customizations have been done from the client side
Do you provide any license for your eCommerce platform?
Yes, 1 domain license will be provided.
Will you also provide customization services on your readymade eCommerce system? How much do you charge?
Yes, we have technical experts who can do all the customizations required by you on your eCommerce store. Typically we charge $16 per hour for additional customization.
